Creator Agreement

1. What this is

This is the specific set of terms that governs your relationship with CreatorTT as a Creator, in addition to the general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Content Guidelines. Where anything conflicts, this agreement controls for creator-specific matters.

2. Revenue split

You keep 80% of gross revenue on every sub, tip, PPV unlock, and paid DM. CreatorTT retains 18% for platform + processing costs. 2% is contributed to our nominated Trinidadian charity partner — the current partner and quarterly contribution totals are published on the Payouts page.

3. Payment schedule

Weekly payouts every Friday, for confirmed revenue Monday–Sunday of the prior week. A 5% chargeback reserve is held for 14 days and then released. Minimum payout is TT$100 net; smaller balances roll forward.

4. Free vs paid content

You decide what's paywalled and what's free. Public posts, free previews, free-tier subs — all allowed. There is no minimum paywall.

5. Content ownership & licence

You keep full ownership of every post you upload. You grant CreatorTT a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, encode, cache, and display your content to your paying subscribers, plus to display free/public posts to visitors, for as long as you keep them on the platform. We do not license your content to third parties, ever.

6. Your warranties

• You own or have licence for every piece of content you post.
• Everything you post follows the Content Guidelines.
• You will not post nudity, sexual content, or any content prohibited by CreatorTT rules.
• You are the person you say you are; verification info is truthful.

7. Termination

You can terminate this agreement any time via contact; any unpaid earnings are released on the next payout cycle after chargeback reserves clear. We can suspend or terminate accounts for guideline violations, fraud, or repeated chargeback issues; in cases of serious fraud unpaid earnings may be withheld pending investigation.

8. External promotion

You may (and should) link out to Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform. We embed public IG and TikTok post links on your creator page automatically if you connect them; that's a display embed only — we do not scrape or repost. You can remove those connections any time.

9. Changes

If we need to change this agreement we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use after that date is acceptance. If you disagree, you can close your account and receive your outstanding balance on the standard payout cycle.

10. Governing law

Trinidad & Tobago. Exclusive jurisdiction of TT courts.
