Creator Agreement

1. What this is

This is the specific set of terms that governs your relationship with CreatorTT as a Creator, in addition to the general Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Content Guidelines. Where anything conflicts, this agreement controls for creator-specific matters.

2. Revenue split

Creator accounts are free: there is no joining fee and no mandatory monthly platform fee. You keep 80% of revenue from subscriptions, paid posts and videos, one-time purchases, and paid private messages, video calls and VR chat; CreatorTT retains 20%. On tips you keep 90% and CreatorTT retains 10%. The real charge made by the payment processor is shared: you pay 80% of it and CreatorTT pays 20%. You set your own subscription prices and decide which messages, calls and VR chats are included in a subscription and which are charged separately. See the Pricing page for worked examples.

3. Verification and payouts

Before you earn any money you must complete government-issued ID verification and age verification. Payouts are made every 14 days. You qualify for a scheduled payout when your eligible balance is at least TT$250; a smaller balance is not lost and stays attributable to you, subject to lawful holds and adjustments. CreatorTT manages refunds, and you bear your share of valid refunded transactions.

4. Paid access

CreatorTT is paid access without free previews of paid content. Individual paid posts, videos and other paid content are not offered as free previews. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may sell only lawful, platform-permitted content and interactions.

5. Content ownership & licence

You keep full ownership of every post you upload. You grant CreatorTT a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, encode, cache, and display your content to your paying subscribers, plus to display free/public posts to visitors, for as long as you keep them on the platform. We do not license your content to third parties, ever.

6. Your warranties

• You own or have licence for every piece of content you post.
• Everything you post follows the Content Guidelines.
• You will not post nudity, sexual content, or any content prohibited by CreatorTT rules.
• You are the person you say you are; verification info is truthful.

7. Termination

You can terminate this agreement any time via contact; any eligible earnings are paid on the next payout date, once your balance meets the TT$250 minimum, subject to lawful holds and adjustments. We can suspend or terminate accounts for guideline violations, fraud, or repeated chargeback issues; in cases of serious fraud unpaid earnings may be withheld pending investigation.

8. External promotion

You may (and should) link out to Instagram, TikTok, or any other platform. We embed public IG and TikTok post links on your creator page automatically if you connect them; that's a display embed only — we do not scrape or repost. You can remove those connections any time.

9. Changes

If we need to change this agreement we email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use after that date is acceptance. If you disagree, you can close your account and receive your outstanding balance on the standard payout cycle.

10. Governing law

Trinidad & Tobago. Exclusive jurisdiction of TT courts.
