Pay the creator’s price to see their content.
Only creators join for free. A fan pays the price each creator has set, a subscription, a one-time purchase or a tip, to see that creator’s paid content. There is no separate CreatorTT membership fee on top, and paid content has no free preview. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
The revenue split
80 to you. 20 to CreatorTT. Tips: 90 to you.
For subscriptions, paid posts and videos, one-time purchases, paid private messages, video calls and VR chat, you keep 80% and CreatorTT keeps 20%. For tips, you keep 90% and CreatorTT keeps 10%. The split is the same at every price you choose.
Worked example: a sale
A TT$100 paid post is bought.
Before the payment processor takes its charge. Say the processor charges TT$5 for this payment: you cover 80% of that (TT$4) and CreatorTT covers 20% (TT$1).

How and when you get paid
From a sale to your bank.
Paid every 14 days
Payouts run every 14 days. That is the schedule: it is how often we pay out, not how much you must earn first.
TT$250 minimum balance
You need at least TT$250 in eligible earnings to qualify for a scheduled payout. If you have less, nothing is lost. Your earnings stay yours and are counted toward the next payout, subject to lawful holds and adjustments.
Refunds
CreatorTT looks at the evidence and decides refunds for disputed paid content or services. When a refund is valid, you bear your share of it, the same share you kept from that sale.
Payment-processing costs
The real charge from the payment processor is shared: you pay 80% of it and CreatorTT pays 20%. See the example above.

Frequently asked.
Do I pay to join or a monthly fee?
No. Creator accounts are free, with no joining fee and no mandatory monthly platform subscription. CreatorTT earns only a share of what you earn, plus optional paid promotions.
Who sets my prices?
You do. You set your own subscription prices, offer discounts and promotions, and decide which messages, video calls and VR chats are included in a subscription and which are paid separately.
Can fans preview paid content for free?
No. CreatorTT is paid access without free previews of paid posts, videos and other paid content. You can still share public updates, but anything you sell stays behind payment.
Do subscriptions renew on their own?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically until a fan cancels.
What if a fan asks for their money back?
Our intended policy is that paid digital content and subscriptions are final sale once the fan has had access and simply changed their mind. That never overrides remedies the law requires or card and bank rules for unauthorised charges, duplicate billing, non-delivery or misrepresentation. For those, CreatorTT reviews the evidence and decides.
What happens if a fan abuses chargebacks?
A fan's account can be suspended straight away and restricted, including by IP address, while we review. Confirmed fraudulent abuse leads to permanent exclusion. An IP address alone is not proof of who someone is, and honest payment disputes stay open to review. We cannot stop a bank from processing a chargeback.
Do I need to be VAT-registered?
That depends on whether your commercial supplies reach the current Inland Revenue threshold. Tax rules change, so confirm your position with the Inland Revenue Division or a qualified tax adviser.
