Terms of Service
1. Who we are
CreatorTT is operated by Sovereign Digital Group Ltd., a company registered in Trinidad & Tobago. By using the platform you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be 13 or older to use CreatorTT, and 18 or older to receive payouts as a creator. You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Content policy
CreatorTT is family-safe. Nudity, sexual content, and adult content of any kind are prohibited. See the Content Guidelines for the full list. Violations lead to removal and, in serious cases, account termination.
4. Payments & payouts
Subscriptions, tips, and pay-per-view are billed in Trinidad & Tobago dollars via Fygaro. Creators keep 80% of gross revenue, CreatorTT retains 18%, and 2% goes to a Trinidadian charity partner. Creators receive their balance via weekly payouts to a TT bank account after passing basic verification. Chargebacks and refunds are handled per Fygaro's dispute process.
5. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant CreatorTT a limited licence to host, display, and distribute your content to your paying subscribers on the platform. We do not sell your content to third parties.
6. Account termination
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the guidelines, or applicable law. You can close your account at any time via contact. Undistributed earnings are paid out on the next scheduled cycle.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of TT courts.
